Refund policy
At Auvea, each piece is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
